Monday, February 07, 2005 Larry Brown was one of the "lucky" CIOs who had a Dec. 31, 2004, Sarbanes-Oxley (a.k.a. Sox) deadline. Thinking back on the long road to the deadline, the vice president and CIO of Arch Coal shares some of the lessons he learned along the way.If your year-end is not until April 2005, he strongly suggests asking your already audited peers for additional advice.
