However, staring at a tall stack of documentation, they may feel overwhelmed. To get a handle on your processes and documentation, the auditors may ask you for a guide to help them understand it all now. Typically, this guide will take the form of a narrative (or several narratives) that tell the story in words and pictures of how your group performs its processes.
